ワルツのリズムを軸にして、ステップを踏むように、流れるように瑞々しいメロディーの数々が舞い踊る。あるカップルのために書かれたというウェディングソング「hochzeitslied」、前回の来日公演でも披露された「fernblau」など、過去3作で外へと向かっていたHenningが、ピアノの部屋に戻ってシンプルな旋律の強さに向かい合って作ったという、切なくノスタルジックなアルバムに仕上がっています。
